Website User Agreement

1. Registration
   Your registration effectively amounts to the acceptance of the User Agreement and privacy policy. Changes to the User Agreement (that may be made at any time) come into force immediately upon publication on www.MASERUKA.com.
2. Membership
   This service is available to persons 18 years and older or individuals that can legally form binding contracts under the respective law. If you have the authority to register a business entity this registration binds the entity to this agreement.
3. Venue
   MASERUKA.com is a venue that allows retail stores to offer shelf space to inventors, suppliers and distributors for a monthly fee and a percentage on sales. Suppliers may assign their products to different stores and link to other websites. The transactions are strictly between the retail stores, suppliers, distributors and the buyers without the involvement of Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc.
4. Fees
   Retail stores are not charged for registration and providing shelf space. Inventors and suppliers may be charged fees for registration, product registration and product assignment to stores. In each transaction inventors, suppliers and distributors will be able to view and accept the charges. During the initial promotional stage the website will not charge any registration fees, product registration fees or product assignment fees. The inventors, suppliers and distributors will have to pay the fees for shelf space at all times. The fees charged may be changed at any time with a 60 days notice.
5. No Transfers of accounts and information
   You may not sell or transfer your account with Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc.
   Your personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties without your permission
6. Identity and Information control
   Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. does not verify or confirm identities of our users
   Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. does not have any control over information provided on this site by other users. You agree that Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. does not carry any responsibility for the users' omissions, representations or inaccuracies.
7. Release
   You release Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. from any claims and damages arising from disputes between you and other users.
8. Descriptions
   You declare that you have the legal right to sell the products and/or the authority to offer retail shelf space on www.MASERUKA.com.
9. Information restrictions
   Your information shall not be misleading, inaccurate or false.
   The information will not involve stolen or counterfeit items.
   The information will not infringe on trademarks, patents and other proprietary rights
   The information will not infringe on publicity and privacy rights.
   The information will not violate any regulations, statutes and laws
   The information shall not be trade libelous or defamatory
   Your information will not contain programs or viruses that could intercept private information and/or damage the website and our suppliers.
   You may not link to sites that carry products prohibited by www.MASERUKA.com or law.
10. License
    You give Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive right to exercise database, copyright and publicity right with the information provided by you.
11. Interference
    You may not use any automated means to facilitate access to www.MASERUKA.com.
    You may not apply an unreasonably (in our view) large load on to the system
    You may not publicly display, modify, copy or distribute information that is not yours.
    You will not disrupt the normal functioning of www.MASERUKA.com.
12. Suspension may result from the following:
    Your activities result in financial loss or legal liability to you or other users.
    The information provided is not verifiable.
    You breached this agreement.
    You are suspected of activities that amount to fraud on www.MASERUKA.com.
13. No warranty, No liability, No guarantee, Indemnity
    This website is provided without any warranty or condition. Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. and its suppliers disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, title, and non-infringement.
    Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. and its suppliers is not liable for any lost profits or any other damages arising from the use of www.MASERUKA.com.
    The website does not guarantee secure, uninterrupted and continuous access.
    In case you breach this agreement you indemnify Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. from any claims and demands of third parties.
14. Compliance
    You will abide by all the local and international laws and regulations related to the use of www.MASERUKA.com.
15. Independent contractors
    You are an independent contractor. Therefore there is no joint venture, partnership, franchiser-franchisee relationship between you and Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc..
16. Governing law
    This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario.
17. Auto assignment
    Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. may automatically assign this agreement.
18. Partial invalidity
    In case some parts of this agreement are declared invalid the valid parts will remain in force.
19. Right to respond
    Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. reserves the right to respond to any breaches at any time after the initial breach.

Privacy policy

1. Registration
   Registration effectively amounts to the acceptance of the User Agreement and privacy policy. Changes to the Privacy Policy (that may be made at any time) automatically come into force 30 days after initial publication on www.MASERUKA.com.
2. Visitors
   Anyone casually accessing this website agrees to the privacy policy
3. Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. may use your personal information
   Your personal information may be used to contact and deliver information to you and you agree to accept this information.
   Your personal information may be used for content improvement and analysis.
4. Information disclosure
   You authorize Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. to disclose your personal information without a subpoena to government and law enforcement officials in criminal investigations and other illegal activities, if formally requested.
5. Other users' information
   You may not disclose other users' personal information without the consent of Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. and the user. Other users' information may only be used to facilitate activities related to Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. You are not permitted to add other users' personal information to your mailing lists.
6. Access and Responsibility
   You may access personal information about yourself held by Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. and have it corrected, if necessary.
   You agree that you carry the responsibility for all activities performed with your ID and password.
7. Security
   Maseruka Invention Distribution Inc. will protect personal information with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
8. Deactivation
   Upon deactivation your personal information will be removed from all member and public areas.
